Malachiae Warren is an inspiring artist who is pursuing a career in the music industry. Although naturally talented in several areas, Malachiae started taking performing arts seriously at the age of 12. Surrounded by a musical family, including his multi grammy-award winning uncle, Mervyn Warren, Malachiae began recording his own vocal tracks at the age of 14. He currently attends a performing arts high school where he is learning to perfect his many crafts. He has several other self-taught talents such as acting, film-making and directing. All videos on his YouTube channel are self-recorded, edited, directed and produced. His first YouTube channel reached over 4,000,000 views overall in a one-year time period. He reached over 98,000+ followers on Twitter in less than 5 months. He records and produces his own music and writes and/or arranges the songs performed. His first mix tape, entitled State of Art, dropped on Feb. 4th of this year, receiving 200+ downloads within the first two days of release, and over 500+ total downloads to-date. He received a state-wide award for Best Actor in his school's musical production, Fame, in November 2011. He was also nominated by school counselors/teachers for Future Leaders of America in 2010.
